Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by ReLoved ~ Twice Loved Luxury Bags & Accessories, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion before shipment.

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing, product descriptions, availability, photographs, or other listing information may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission and to cancel or refuse any order resulting from a technical, typographical, or pricing error, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Images, prices, inventory and product availability are subject to correction without notice, and ReLoved ~ Twice Loved Bags & Accessories, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order arising from an obvious error or technical malfunction before shipment.

Product Authenticity

All luxury items offered for sale are represented as authentic to the best of our knowledge and are authenticated using trusted methods and/or third-party services when applicable.

Condition Disclosure

Because many items are pre-owned, normal signs of wear may be present. Photos and descriptions are provided to accurately represent each item. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos and ask questions before purchasing.

Final Sale

Unless required by law, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for buyer's remorse, sizing preferences, or change of mind.

Payment Plans

Payment plans, when offered, require compliance with the stated payment schedule. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of amounts previously designated as non-refundable.

Shipping

Orders are shipped after payment has been verified and processed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier where permitted by applicable law.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or other conduct that may expose our business or customers to risk.

Limitation

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
